From a young age Barbara showed an interest in design. After receiving a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania, she began to explore her creative interests. An initial interest in jewelry led her to take courses in jewelry design and metalworking. Through this experience she was able to refine her artistic eye and thoroughly learn the process involved with design and production. From there, her interest matured and led her to the world of interior design and furniture making.
A newcomer to the industry, she hopes to help clients by offering unique, completely custom interior options. Tailored to the individual, these well-made pieces will become a part of their lives, both through their functionality and elegant design.
